On October 21, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in collaboration with the Department of Industry and Trade, held a press conference at the Quang Ninh Museum, to announce details of Ha Long Concert 2025 and the Quang Ninh OCOP Fair Autumn-Winter 2025.

Ha Long Concert 2025 will take place at 8 pm on October 29 at October 30 Square in Ha Long ward. This large-scale performance, organized by Quang Ninh province, will be broadcast live on QTV1 and QTV3 and streamed across various national media platforms.

Expected to welcome around 30,000 spectators on-site and millions more watching via television and digital channels, this will be the most ambitious cultural event ever held in Quang Ninh. Complimentary tickets will be distributed to both locals and visitors.

With the theme “Heritage spirit – Shining future”, the concert marks the beginning of Quang Ninh’s autumn-winter tourism campaign for 2025. It reflects the province’s strategic focus on developing a culturally rich Quang Ninh, promoting cultural industries, the heritage economy, the night-time economy, and the urban economy aligned with the Resolution of the 16th Provincial Party Congress.

The concert also celebrates the 62nd anniversary of Quang Ninh’s founding (October 30, 1963-2025) and aims to attract visitors, driving local economic growth during the festive season.

Featuring Vietnam’s leading artists, a professional creative team, and cutting-edge stage design, sound, and lighting, Ha Long Concert 2025 promises an unforgettable night of music, emotion, and pride.

Alongside the concert, the Quang Ninh OCOP Fair – Autumn-Winter 2025 will be held from October 28 to November 3 at the Quang Ninh Planning, Fair, and Exhibition Palace (Tran Quoc Nghien street, Ha Long ward). The opening ceremony will take place at 7:30 p.m. on October 28.

This year’s fair will feature 160 booths, showcasing OCOP-certified products and highlighting Quang Ninh’s economic and cultural achievements. The exhibition space will be refreshed with local art performances, creating a vibrant, community-oriented atmosphere. All aspects of the event, including environmental protection, security, traffic management, and fire and health safety, will be carefully ensured throughout the fair.
