A spectacular arts programme celebrates the success of the 14th National Party Congress

On the evening of January 25, October 30 Square was brilliantly illuminated by a special arts programme celebrating the success of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam. Under the theme “Proudly Following the Glorious Party – Quang Ninh Soaring to New Heights”, the large-scale music festival drew the participation of more than 50,000 local residents and visitors, creating a prominent political and cultural highlight. The event spread confidence, pride and aspiration for Quang Ninh’s development in a new era of prosperity, strength and happiness.
