The event will take place from April 25 to May 3, featuring 14 activities. A highlight is the art programme marking the opening of Ha Long Carnival 2026, scheduled for 8:00 p.m. on April 30 at October 30 Square in Ha Long Ward. Quang Ninh province is also coordinating with the Voice of Vietnam to prepare for the 17th National Radio Festival. The festival’s opening art program, themed “The Sound of a New Era”, is expected to draw around 50,000 audiences. During the event period, Quang Ninh is projected to welcome approximately 1.3 million tourist arrivals, contributing significantly to the province’s tourism growth target for the second quarter of 2026.
